Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To arrange and carry out work on your vehicle (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract).
  • To reply to your enquiries (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us).
  • To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices (legal obligation).

We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the website and handle your request, such as our website host and email delivery provider. They act on our instructions and must keep your data secure. If you choose to load the Google Map, Google receives data as described in its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and messages for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records, and no longer than necessary. Invoices are kept for the period required by HMRC.
