Services
An MOT is the yearly safety and emissions check every car over three years old needs to stay on the road legally. At Express Auto Repairs on Clare Street, E2, we book your MOT, explain any advisories in plain English and price any fixes before we touch the car.
A car service is a scheduled check and refresh of the parts that wear out: oil, filters, fluids, brakes and tyres. We service cars at our garage on Clare Street, E2, following your manufacturer’s schedule, and tell you what we found in plain English, not jargon.
Your tyres are the only part of the car touching the road, and the legal minimum tread in the UK is 1.6mm. At our Clare Street garage in E2 we check your tyres, repair punctures where it’s safe to, and fit replacements when it isn’t.
Brake repairs replace the parts that wear as you slow down: pads, discs and, every couple of years, the brake fluid. Brake pad changes are one of the jobs customers mention most in our Google reviews. We inspect, quote and fit at our garage on Clare Street, E2.
Diagnostics means finding the real cause of a fault, starting with reading your car’s fault codes and then testing the parts involved. At Express Auto Repairs in E2 we find the problem first, explain it in plain English and price the repair before any work begins.
