Booking requests
- Submitting the booking form sends us a request. It is not confirmed until we contact you to confirm it.
- We will tell you the price before we start any work. Any extra work found during the job needs your agreement first.
- If you need to change or cancel a booking, please call 07985 523903 as early as you can.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to have services carried out with reasonable care and skill.
